I have been wearing Aqua Di Gio for ever and always buy it from Macy’s. In April made a huge mistake and ordered it from Armani. Not only didn’t receive the item but also the customer service is not responding back within the past 5 weeks. Awful experience..

Horrible shipping delays and lack of transparency. I have been waiting for a week now only to find out my order has yet to be shipped and it's only in the processing stage! Contacted customer service multiple times via email - crickets. Such a shame for such a high-end brand.

Doubt they are legit or have any link to actual armani!!Extremely poor quality comparing two similar clothing purchased in store . The label for example looks as its been sewed in by a 4 year old baerly hangingAvoid at all cost.... its either fake pretending to be armani or they just send faulty cuts online

Possibly my favorite company when it comes to jeans. The quality of it is awesome. Recommended

I recently bought a pair of shoes and it ruined my ankle, I was literally walking and bleeding!!! Worst shoes i ever bought

When I had placed a order for my items . They sent me the wrong tracksuit . I called sent them pictures . Took them a week an ahalf to just write me back . Then they asked me to take pictures again after I sent a total of 7 with tags an everything now going on 4 weeks. Of reporting the issue an Christmas passes they send me a return form an said once they get the wrong tracksuit back they will send me the proper item I paid for . So I call asking how long will it take to get the item I paid for. After 30 mins the women tells me they don’t even have that item anymore there sold out . So all they can do is refund me after they get there item back. So now I have to go send it back an do all this extra BS an wasted all that time for them to give me back my own money . For no reason this company is horrible an ill never buy anything again an no one else should ever

Disappointed by Armani quality - purchased products on Zalando / Zalando Lounge. What is the policy to return clothes if they have terrible quality ?

I am so so impressed with the whole Armani customer service and delivery. I ordered my pink Frida tote bag after having bought one as a gift for a work colleague which was gorgeous. I ordered on Monday and received today Wednesday lunchtime packaged beautifully and colour is divine.Just can’t believe it’s here already, highly recommend?

I want to give a zero star ! If you are in australia, do not buy on the armani official website. After i have purchased the product, the advisor online will only ask you to look for the info you need on your own instead of helping you! Recommend to buy their product in Myer, David Jones or Sephora instead if you need any service and decent package!

Worst service EVERI bought an item and went to return it the following weekend in the pouring rain. I arrived to be told that I could not return it due to company policy. I explained that I was not told or made aware at the point of sale which is a legal requirement here in the UK. They insisted they couldn't help me and told me to go to the other store (same Company) in the pouring rain. I persisted and asked for my refund. The manager came, she never listened, she was rude and dismissive. She then threatened to get security to escort me out, even though I was not rude/loud/aggressive, I merely asked for a refund. In the end, I left the item and the receipt in the store and left in shock. They currently have my £360. I never want to return there or have the displeasure of dealing with them, but I will get my money back. PS: black people in particular, save yourself the disrespect and do not shop here.

Bad service , bad communication. I was a trusted customer of Armani webshop Belgium , but never again i will buy one peace of their bad webshop .Looking forward that other people also do the same .J.M

Paid for Armani watch doesn’t cover bracelet in guarantee, only wore it a couple times for best, didn’t even have it long and the pin has came out of place, that’s fawlty! and now the band around the watch has ripped, they won’t replace it unless I pay £99 because they blame me, very poor service I wouldn’t trust this company for Jewellery again also only paid £150 for it.

Bought a Armani dressing gown at Xmas 19 paid 92pounds through underu six months down the line the dye is coming out complained to both companies can't help you both companies are dodgy after your purchase theiving crooks.

Appalling service. Ordered clothes for gift took my money and still not even processed the order. No reply to my queries. I will never buy from this company again.
